I lived here almost four years and have nothing but good things to say about the complex. Management is very friendly, and maintenance is prompt and professional. My rent has stayed the same for the last three years, until they raised it $15 this year. I'm moving out to a rent house, but I would have stayed if that wasn't happening.

For the most part, it tends to be a quieter apartment complex for its size. Only a few times in my four years have I woken up to the sound of a drunken argument outside, and then the security and/or police showed up and put an end to it.

One caveat: If you have a bicylce, do no leave it unchained on your balcony. I had mine out there the first year on my second floor unchained. Then summer came and I'm guessing some kids climbed up and stole it.

Also, at my side of the complex, my neighbors had real problem parking between the lines.
