you just deal with a ghetto assistant manager that thinks she's top notch. Very unprofessional. mainentance didnt want to come and at least check my heat when it was freezing cold, told me that it was cold in my apt because it was cold outside, that's funny that my neighbors heat was working fine. I just think that he was being lazy and didn't want to get up off his ass and do his job. there nice apts and frankly i paid to damn much for water and rent included all together for the maintenance to not want to do their job. it's just not the place for me and honestly i dont think it is for anyone else either until the office attends a leasing seminar to becomes a better staff
