I've rented from Lincoln Greens for almost 2 and a half years (3least terms) and notice each time i signed the lease things got bad. EVERY summer there i hear gun shot from the complexs surrounding Lincoln Greens call courtesy patrol once about it and the idiot actually can to my apartment first the went to speak to the group outside, it was over the dividing gate but i'm on the top floor and they could see him come to my apt 1st. Michelle (the manager)is such a -----.... after i signed my last lease for 14 mnths, someone that wasn't my friend anymore decided to come on property and sit in their car close to my apt, she went to them and asked why they were in their car and they threw my name out thinking she'd leave them alone... well she comes calling me while i'm sleep describing the person.. i didn't recognize them so i went to work came back for lunch and there was a letter stating i had 15days to move or resolve the problem cause them person was smoking crack. I don't ever talk to people like that and didn't invite them over nor did i know they were there hell i was sleep. so i called to talk to her about and she was extremely rude, disrespectful, wouldn't let me speak, just a overall -----.. had me soo angry i was crying cause it wasn't my fault. i sent an email the the property owners about this issue and never got a response. i didn't get put out cause the person never came back but she said if she ever saw them again no matter what i was gonna have to leave.

They do stupid things to inconvience residence then don't compensate us. like re-pave the parking with blacktop.. it looks the exact same with all the bumps and crack just black now, moved the gates and FORCED us to either pay for a entrance card $10, or a gate opener $35 when we had free codes befor. The water went up $10 each month cause she decided to change water companies

September of 2006 my fan died took 4days to replace with a fan that only works in the fastest speed. Can use my dishwasher cause once finshed it doesn't drain and has nasty stinky dish water that just sets there.

Walls are very thin. can hear EVERYTHING. The worse pet owners... NO one around me picks up their animal crap.. it's extremely gross and disgrossting!!! it's big piles every where

They don't honor any of you discounts for more than one lease term, likely for me i was a student and worked different places that gave me discounts, but rent does go up every year. needless to say i'll never be signing another lease here again.... 3strikes and i'm out
