Lincoln Greens
AVERAGE RATING

I'm honestly amazed at how bad these reviews of Lincoln Greens are. Had I read them a year ago before I moved in to them, I probably would have kept looking. Luckily, I didn't read them beforehand. I absolutley love my apartment in Lincoln Greens. I moved from out of town and didn't know what part of town to move into, but after seeing the apartments I knew I wanted to call Lincoln Greens home. I've been told numerous times I live in the "ghetto" part of OKC, but I can't see that from inside my apartment community.
I hardly hear my upstairs neighbor or my next door neighbor. So I don't feel like I'm in an apartment.
I've never had my car broken into, dinged, or flat tire.
The tenants that I've met while walking my dog are always very nice.
I've had a couple of maintenance problems, but those were fixed within 1-2 days of me calling the orders in.
Anytime I walked into the office for a package or to drop off my rent the agents are always nice to me.
The fitness facility is somewhat lackluster but what do you expect from an apartment fitness area' It has the basics.
My lease is up in July and I plan on renewing it, even with the $10 a month increase, which I don't think is unreasonable.
My heat/air has never had a problem, and my monthly bills are very reasonable.
Overall, I'm very happy that I chose this community, and I don't understand how others have had such a bad time living here.
