let me just start by saying I lived at this place from 2002 through may 2008. We first lived in a one bedroom then moved to a 2 bedroom in 2005. I have never been late with my rent ever not even by one day that's how loyal we were to these jerks. One night I came home pretty late (around midnight) and there were no parking spaces close to my apartments(there is always a lack of parking in these apts) so I parked in the covered parking. I got up in the morning at 7am and my car was gone. I was freaking out thinking someone stole my car but first I called the office and they said nope noone towed any cars last night. I called my insurance company, had to file a claim they got the police involved and the officer found out that the apartment security called the towing company the night before and had my car towed because I was parked in a covered parking space. I had to pay $170 to get my car out. When I called the office to complain their manager wouldn't even apologize. I guess that's the thanks you get for being loyal. Also their maintenance guys must not know what they are doing because when I was home on maternity leave they kept coming to my apartment almost everyday because tenant downstairs kept complaining that there was a leak. It took them 2 weeks to figure out where the leak was coming from.

ok well in response, i pay for a covered parking. $25 dollars a month for it. I have had someone park in my covered parking thatI pay for and it is my right to have that car removed! you dont pay for it? DON"T PARK THERE!!!!!
