First of all let me say I have lived here for almost a year and have loved every second of it. These apartments are very nice in a secured gated community, the property behind Lincoln Greens was once section eight but has since been bought and most of the tenants were evicted. Most of the reviews I have read on this site have apparently been done after someone had a disagreement with the management staff, personally I feel that is a bad time to rate someones performance. Anyway, the management staff has always been very patient and understanding with me, the maintenance men are very efficient and friendly as well. This property is very well accommodated with a fully stocked gym, lush green lawns, two swimming pools, and a tennis court. Each unit comes with at least one ceiling fan, a fire place, washers and dyers (in unit), outdoor storage, and cable ready. Sometimes it can be hard to find a parking space, but that is only because there are so many residents, the parking/apartment ratio is about 3/1 and the covered parking seems to be almost empty, if you would like a spot to be waiting for you each day, they have the option to have a reserved covered parking space for about 25 dollars extra a month. Overall I would have to say that this is a great place to live. P.S. I don't work here, just love the property.

Lush Lawns? Really?? The new management company's new "lawn crew" is killing the landscaping!! Not to mention all the flowers are just ugly this year.

I have also lived here for over 4 years. I lived in a one bed then transfered to a two bed townhouse. The parking is not that great but not that bad. I have never had any problems getting anything resolved. yes Michelle was rude, but she is not longer there so get over it. I love this place, the aparments are nice. My only complaint is I never know if maintance has been there or not, but Kathy always calls be a few days later to ensure that they have been completed. Lincoln green is located in an area where there are many apartment complexes some of them are nice and others are not so nice. Overall not bad at all
