my husband and i rented a townhouse there in 2006 (by recommendation from a friend) before relocating to the tulsa area. we really enjoyed our six-month stay there and often think back about how much we liked it. we only had one maintenance issue while there, and it was repaired promptly and the staff was very helpful and polite. we would have most likely lived there for many years if we hadnt been relocated.
my only big complaint was actually regarding an annoying neighbor. she was an elderly woman who kept knocking on our door to yell at us for smoking or to turn down our music. we found it quite hysterical as neither of us smoke and we were the only apartment connected to hers; and also because we had no electronics playing when she complained of the noise disturbance.
i would highly recommend lincoln greens. i would also remind readers that many of the bad ratings are given by people who are upset because they broke the rules THEMSELVES and paid the price. if you break your lease, you need to pay. if you park in an assigned spot that isnt yours, dont be surprised when they tow your vehicle. thats just common sense.
