I had an emergency situation and they got me into an apartment by 5pm that same day. No major problems. I had a smaller one bedroom and it was definitely doable for a single person living there. The living room was a little crowded with the 3 piece hand-me-down sectional I had but it was fine. The walkin closet, front closet, and storage on the porch is great! Kitchen was a little bit tight, and no room for a table but the bar served its purpose.
I had very few issues and rarely heard my neighbors. I only had issues with a few people across the courtyard having a crazy party and security responded promptly. They spoke with me and handled the party.
I had a large window in my bedroom that leaked badly when it poured rain. The first time they patched it and it happened again. The 2nd time it happened the maintenance guy came out at 2AM and did what he could to fix it and make me comfortable. The next day they had someone out to fix it for good.
The only drawback was that I stayed on the opposite side of the building from where parking was and had to walk by large bushes to get to my unit. As a single female this got a little scary after dark but I was fine. My car was hit in the parking lot but the police came and handled it. The office was slow in getting you notices about packages as others have said..
They switched mgmt right before I moved. I only moved to be closer to school to save gas money. I am thinking of moving back! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
