I lived in the Lincoln Greens Apartments for roughly six years and had no major problems that were not remedied right away. Altogether I was very happy with these apartments.

I first moved into a two bedroom that was very roomy and nice. The only problem me and my roommate had was one summer the upstairs Air conditioner had a drainage problem and it leaked down into our apartment. The maintanence guys came the same day we reported it and they fixed it. They dried our carpet but the pad was still wet and the previous tenants had a cat so it smelled like cat pee in the apartment. We called about that and they came and replaced the carpet and pad and the smell went away. Cats should not be owned in apartments anyway. The air conditioner and heater went out and it was replaced same day. The former manager was very non-caring. The present Manager I did not deal with. The staff was fine when I moved in. There is a lady (kathy) that has worked there since I moved in and she was always very nice.

Never really had a problem with parking until I moved into my one bedroom. But there was plenty of covered parking in front of my one bedroom so if you wanted to pay a little extra you could have your own spot. The one bedroom was fine just really small. All apartments come with a washer and dryer so that is worth paying a little extra. In my one bedroom the dryer was making a really loud noise and it was fixed right away.

I lived here six years and was happy. There are a lot of people who have lived there just as long if not longer. Two guys (both walkers, you'll see them if you move in) were there before me and still there when I left. These are really nice considering the area and safe. The only crime i saw when I was there was my upstairs neighbor, shortly after moving in, had his car broken into, wheels stolen and radio and laptop taken out of his car. But they caught the kids who did it and got his stuff back. They hung out at the 7-11 on the corner and actually followed him home. He had a really nice car. But that incident was shortly after I moved in also.
