At one time, THE LODGE ON THE LAKE was a very nice, upscale apartment. I lived there for several years in the early nineties and again recently. I can say, without a doubt, the complex has gone from an '8' to a '2'. It is very sad to me to see what happened. I am glad I am gone - for good. I will try to remember the good times in the early nineties. I hate to say this, but it has "gone ghetto." Loud music tolerated, security is a joke, it's always "thump, thump" in the parking lot. Sad, but true. It's a lot of America in 2006 - but The Lodge has taken a free-fall that I don't believe can be reversed. It's truly - sad.
