Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Ghetto in front of a larger ghetto (Willow Cliff).

Theft, domestic violence, angry management (some of them), drug use in plain sight, thuggish teens in parking lot daily (explaining the previously listed problems).

Just stay away.
