Roaches are a problem. Pest control does not visit regularly anymore. Trash being tossed in the yards, parking lots and even into the lake by other tenents. Overflowing dumpsters. Maintenance Man using curse words and yells at tenents. Managers are young and seem uncaring. Managers will not notify you if a package has been left for you in the office. Hot tub was filled in with dirt and converted to a planter. Excercise equipment only available when office is open. Office hours are very inconsistant! Pool is out of order, parking lot lights out of order, laundry facilities are few due to a recent fire that took out most of the main office. Mail boxes are centralized and inconvient. Only 1 handycap parking space. Toilets overflow when we have a heavy rain. Landscaping service often leaves trimmings and debrie behind. Noise from Loud stereos in cars often heard in the parking lots at night. Smells from cooking and smokeing seeps into are apartment from adjacent apartments! Wall paint is cracked in joints and corners where repairs were done improperly. Carpets are old and stained and cleaning by maintenance is grossly inadequit. A/C units condencer coils and grills are never washed, filters are not changed regularly unless you do it your self so electric bills are high in hot months. You can't run a modern microwave and toaster oven or small electric grill at the same time without tripping a breaker. This use to be a nice place to live. We are looking to get out asap!
