I moved on to property on 05/01/09. I payed a $200.00 cleaning deposit. I moved in and all they did was paint. We had to go by cleaning stuff and clean the apt. The stove was very nasty, drip pans and ring were gone, I had to buy them and replace them. We have yet to get a key to the mail box, they keep coming up with different reasons why the have not got it. The grounds stay full of trash and the grass got so tall before they ever cut it. I have talked to several people here and they have all kinds of complaints on getting stuff done. If you call the office, feel lucky if they even answer the phone. They had a good security but fired him for BS reasons. I would not recommended anyone to move in here. There was a guy that had no A/C for awhile and he is diabetic. He got his A/C fixed when he threaten to sue them. The apartment has sewage back up all the time. Apt flood with raw sewage. They will not fix the very old lift stations so it keeps backing up into apt.
