Water leaks, MOLD EVERYWHERE covered by paint, old carpets, refrigerators went out TWICE, toilet broke, no mailbox key for 3 weeks. Never got the toilet fixed my last 30 days in the apartment, and never was reimbursed for the bad food in both refrigerators. The garbage can was always full and trash was everywhere on the grounds. I had to park by the stinking trash can since there was never any parking. My upstairs neighbors were beating each other up whenever they weren't smoking pot.

I've been in touch several times to their corporate office in California, only to be called a liar and be put through the ringer trying to get compensated for the slum-like conditions they continue to let deteriorate. The head of Operations is the least customer friendly person I have ever dealt with. He insisted it was MY job to chase down the maintenance and have them fix my problems, since telling the office manager wasn't good enough.

I stayed here as a referral and because it was cheap- and it sure is! The management NEVER takes care of anything they promise they will. The management company is just as bad and never calls me back as they promise they will, trying to make up for the horrible time I had here. DO NOT GO HERE- the friendly office people are a front. This should be a last resort.
