This place has more problems than any other I have seen. Black Mold, Structure problems and leaks all over.
Most residents are gang members and drug dealers. Del City police are out there alot. I know of car radios being stolen, high speed chase with police, with kids in the car. He got out two days later and resident was not evicted or even given a warning. One shooting, stabing and search for a escape convict.
This is an area I would steer clear of.
