This is the worst place I've even had the displeasure of staying. My God. It has "raining" inside my apartment for over a month and there are electrical problems. They change management so much that nothing gets done. There is no such thing as maintence here, Nothing ever gets fixed. In the office they constantly mix regular residents with low income residents and send out notices to quit. I've never been to a place where you pay your rent early and they try to kick you out anyway!
