The complex overall is O.K., but the maintence sucks. Our roof has been leaking for 2 months, getting everything wet!!!We've told them about it several times, and they supposedly sent the roofers 6 different times, and it still leaks. There is alot of in and out traffic, which led us to believe there is alot of drug activity. It also floods in the parking lot every time it rains. Although their overnight rent a cop security is making it alot safer. We moved into a newly remodeled Apt. and the interior is pretty nice. But they are currently doing construction outside so there are cable wires hanging down everywhere.
