Leaky Roof!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived there for almost a year. The ceiling in our pantry is caving in and looks like there has been a serious water leak. Our air conditioner quit working a couple of weeks ago went in was into the 80's and 90's. We were told to let the system defrost because it was frozen. We visited the office several times and apparently there is only 1 maintenance person. They are nice apartments in the inside for the most part, but it is not very safe though. I see cops there at least 2 or 3 times a week.
