So far the new management team has done a fabulous job! I have noticed that some of my ummm, undesirable neighbors have moved, making it more peaceful. I am grateful of the set amount of utility every month, it is much cheaper than living in a house where you have to pay full gas bills, water, and electric. My new neighbors are much quieter and friendly. I will not being moving anytime soon
