I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT SINCE D&S TOOK OVER LOS PUEBLOS THINGS HAVE GOTTEN BETTER. THEY ARE DOING GREAT THINGS WITH THE LANDSCAPING, PUTTING NEW WASHER AND DRYERS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM, PAINTING THE EXTERIOR, AND THEY HAVE BREAFAST ON THE RUN FOR THOSE OF US IN A HURRY IN THE MORNINGS AND DON'T HAVE TIME TO FIX BREAKFAST. WE EVEN HAVE A GYM TO USE 24/7. I HAVE NOTICED THAT THEY GOT RID OF ALL THE RIFT RAFT AND HAVE MADE LOS PUEBLOS A SAFE AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE. THE MANAGEMENT IS SO AWESOME, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL. GREAT THINGS ARE HAPPENING HERE. WE LOVE IT AND ARE SO HAPPY THAT THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS HERE.

haha. This sounds like a management post, especially with all the 5s given. New landscaping has happened, but no new paint job yet...which is really needed since the last management painted it some ugly colors. The washers and dryers in the laundromat have not changed, still the same, but luckily a few have been fixed. The gym is inadequate, and I would not feel safe going in there late at night. The parking lot has gotten worse with potholes. Great things are NOT happening here.

Yes, that does sound like a management post. It was not, but this is. It is nice to read the positive comments from residents that appreciate the fact that we are improving the property overall. No, there has not been any exterior painting on the buildings, we have painted some of the fences. We are just as ready as you to get new laundry machines and re-model the laundry room, it is going to happen soon. There is a contract that the previous owners had for those machines, it is up soon and they will be gone. The parking lot replacement is a big job that is in the works. I am not saying that it will be done overnight, but we are working on it. I agree that I would personally not give the property all 5's YET, it is a work in progress that has improved in the past 6 months and it will continue to improve.
