firstoff i normally dont do this but for this property i feel like people should have the right to know not only has management changed three times since ive been here each time it does the property gets worse.mostly maintenance issues that seem to take too long to get done, the management promises to get things done but it never does. Its quiet enough for my kids, the lighting is okay. but it seems like it keeps getting worse instead of better. I dont think im going to be renewing my lease. Fortunately enough im looking to get a house, i dont know why i listened to him but the security guard said d&s has nice houses so im going to look into those. But there is one thing i can say about los pueblos, sometimes the property seems bad, i can always count on the security guard to solve even my littlest problems, even from my crazy ex boyfriend or people speeding through the lot and almost hitting my kids. If i did leave, i would want him or somebody like him at my new property. if d&s property management would upgrade and fix the problems like they said they would, i would stay.
