Run now before it's too late!!!! This place is horrible!!!! Especially if you don't work Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. The pool is never open, and when it is, it's green and life forms are living in it. The newly remodeled laundry room sucks and is expensive, and usually closes at 10:20pm or 12:34am or whenever the security guard decides it's time to close the laundry room (which before the stupid prepaid card laundry machines came, it use to stay open 24hrs). Then don't let it rain or let the complex turn the sprinklers on because you can forget about parking in or around your apartment unless your into aquatics and have a canoe or a small boat to get you to your car or the sidewalk. (D&S PROPERTY INVEST IN SOME DRAINAGE SYSTEMS!!!!!) And then finally, after nearly a week of living in Waterworld, the water evaporates and your left with a parking lot saturated with OKLAHOMA RED DIRT (THE KIND THAT GETS ON ANY AND EVERY THING) learn to love it because that's all you see at Los Pueblos. Oh yes don't let me forget to tell you about the property manager, although, I don't think she still works there, She is a retard, who can't find her way out of a wet paper bag. And every answer to a question or a concern is OKAY!!!!!! What do you mean OKAY'''' Is it going to get done TODAY or what, or do I need to remind again TOMORROW!!!!! WTF'!'! I advise you to keep looking you have not find your new home, unless you like being unhappy and constantly cleaning the OKLAHOMA RED DIRT from the interior of your car and from the carpet and floors of your apartment.

If you had read the notice that was just passed out they are in the process of putting in a new parking lot, drainage and are tearing out the old pool and putting in a whole new one that is bigger. The new laundry machines are great, the old ones didn't ever work and these do.

Honey, they've been putting in a new parking lot since June and it sounds like you don't even live in the area with the bad drainage system. And as far as the notices, I get them all and they all sound good but never really happen, like when the exterminator was coming for the ant promblem or the one about the pet policy, I mean the list goes on and on.

I have lived at Los Pueblos for about 3 years now and the only part I have seen flooded is at the front, which the access road is also flooded, so maybe we should contact the city too. Looks to me like they have ripped out the pool, so that seems to be a step in the right direction, and I personally would not go into any laundry room past 11 or so anyway! Hmmm, Oklahoma Red Dirt, understandable that it is frusterating to have around, however maybe a complaint should be made with mother nature because she did create it. LOL, I am not knocking any response, because everyone has a right to their opinions and complaints. It just seems that they are trying to do something to help, as I would imagine that none of the issues they mentioned fixing is cheap.

^^This is for the post above mine^^ Obviously you've never had a job where you got home any later than 5 or 6 pm. I am a bartender and sometimes I don't get home until 3am or later. The laundry room being open 24hrs was so awesome for me. Now its never open when its supposed to be. So when making comments like, "I wouldn't go to the laundry after 11 anyway" why don't you try to think outside of the box a little? Your needs aren't the same as everyone else. And I totally agree with this post about the office ppl. They can never assure you when something is gonna be fixed but, you can guarantee if your rent isn't paid on time they'll be posting notes on your door asap! And as far as the "security guy" goes all I can say is...ARE YOU EFFIN KIDDIN ME?!! WOW!!

Like I said before.leasing flunkies are all liars they are trained to do so.I have worked with these people many times and each time it left a bad taste in my mouth. I dont deal with the losers anymore your best bet is to move

Sure looks like that new parking lot is going in, along with the new pool, fitness center, lights under the carports, etc...I have decided that the people that complain on here are the ones who either are getting evicted or they are just unhappy with their life and need to complain.

Uh...... NO!!!!!!!! Los Pueblos apartment complex, is the WORST place I've ever EVER seen, when it comes to fixing ANY problem... Everything is just a band-aid to BARELY fix a major problem, but, they SURE don't have any issues with SCREWING people out of money as oftern as possible... I'm COMPLETELY happhy with my life, and am not trying in any way to just complain for no reason, but, when they CANNOT fix the air conditioning in an apartment, and residents are MOVING OUT because of it, because it's 90 DEGREES inside their home, because they don't CARE to fix it properly, then the complex should be liable... Who CARES about lighting under the carports, when INSIDE your home is unbearable!!!!!!! People are having to go to hotels to sleep, because, these leeches, can't do what they're SUPPOSED to do!!!!!!!!! But, at LEAST they have a nice new office, right??? ---- THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
