i lived it mayfair gardens for 2 years, worst ever, raw sewage in apt below mine!!!!!!!!!!!!! for months!!!!!finaly had to move out, "dr." shaudry owns this place dont move here, you will be sorry!!!! landscaping is a joke, in the summer grass would get 2 ft high, old "maintenance" person used to drink in the hallway all the time.... its a DUMP, ac leaked all summer, called all the time, no answer. who ever says something good about this place is not who they claim to be, or the namager is lying. this place was so bad channel4 came out once. always digging up grounds. doors kicked in all the time. half of one building burned because of shotty workmanship. i had to fix my front door myself. old manager was a crook, had people living there for free not paying rent. back parking lot was total mud after a rain. i hope someone reads this, it is TRUE

I love the area and the look of the apartments. But, I back you up all the way. I actually just got online to see if I could find out if the same man owned the complex. I lived there about 4 years ago. I thought for sure he had got in trouble by now. I was just hoping the place was under better ownership. Guess not. I am going to make this short, but was promised a newly remodeled 2 bedroom. When I showed up with a moving truck, I was told that it wasn't ready. No phone call or anything. I was put in the back of the complex in a small 1 bedroom. With no where to go, I held to their promise that my place would be ready within 1 week. Nope! Weeks led to 2 months. Mold was growing everywhere, roaches, problems with the electricity and about 100 other things. Management was rude as hell. It was a complete nightmare!!! I paid a deposit in advance and 2 months rent. I was reimbursed nothing!!! DON't MOVE IN!!
