I was very disapointed with the apartment complex. I had several maintenance problems in the 4 months I lived there. The air conditioner went out the first month I moved in and it never got fixed. There were a few other minor maintenance request I had that were not fixed, like a door that wouldn't close, and a leaky faucet. They were very unresponsive to your request. I ended up just paying the termination fee to get out of the apartment because it became unbearable without an airconditioner
