The management is young, unexperienced,rude, and constantly changing their rules. The grounds are unkept and run down. The apartments are dirty and overpainted, with many of the knobs or blinds missing.
The pool is closed on weekends and after 5 pm. Make sure you read your lease carefully, because they will add things after your move in and then show you clauses that "fit" what they want it to.
