Myself and SEVERAL of my friends have lived at Ghettobrook (as we so affectionately call it). Pros: we paid on time, and needed some special accomodations like extending our move out date at the last minute... they we v. accommodating. Cons: according to security... there are several known pedaphiles illegally living there. There are always cops busting up drug deals. The laundry room is the hot spot for smoking pot at all hours of the night. You always here loud/violent domestic disputes when you go check the mail. I was told I would get my deposit back within 30 days. I am now told that I indeed have a deposit and they owe it to me. But now I'm coming up on 3 months and I still haven't gotten it. Apparently it's a "corporate" snag, yet I'm not allowed to call corporate. They refuse to give me their name or number. That's okay. I have google. I can find it. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

well things have changed alot since you lived here the laundry room that had the child/teenager problem is now locked at 9pm as well as one of the enterance gate to control traffic and there is a curfew of 9pm so there is not a noise issue. The managment are trying, they can only do what the owner will allow them, over all my experiance is been okay for that side of town. I been to place alot worse.
