Hot place to live... and not in a good way.

In early summer we received notice that it was not uncommon for it to be 80 degrees in the apartment and there was nothing that would be done about it. It stays 80 degrees in the Oklahoma summer. The kitchen is falling apart. The toilets continuously run. There is a leek in the bathroom ceiling that has been patched several times. The electric bill from running the inadequate AC unit reaches $300/month.
I would not recommend these apartments.

Yes i remember sweating in the apartment while the ac was on, it was ridiculous!
