mold problem likely from a flood

I moved into the apartments at north village and found tons of mold all over the place. Maintenance came out with a spray bottle of bleach and said they would come back and paint over it. Needless to say I moved out and I am fighting for my money back. The maintenance is under qualified and the management is a joke. They told me I had to deal with the mold basically.
