This place is horrible. We moved in almost a year ago and cannot stand anything about it. Don't let the price full you. It is not worth it. The management doesn't know what they are doing. They are completely incompetent and they will try to treat you like YOU are the idiot. The crime is very present all the time. My neighbors got their place spraypainted with gang logos and I almost got myself or my car highjacked coming home one night. Our toilets were not installed when we moved in! And forget about cable. They have apparently made cox mad. If you want satellite you have to get renters insurance. The speed bumps have torn up our car axles. Our back patio, when we moved in, was covered with previous tenants trash complete with rotting refrigerator. We had to clean that up ourselves. Forget about maintenance. They are practically nonexistent. The pool stays closed all the time. They lock up the playground which is probably good because you can see used condoms on the equipment. It's digustingly full of bugs, including roaches. I wouldnt recommend this place to a dog.
