I didnt have AC for 3 months while leaving here. To fix it they knocked a huge hole in my ceiling that was never fixed the whole year I lived there. Also now that I moved out they won't give me my deposit back- even though there was 0 damage. I have a feeling they do this to alot of people- so if you move here don't expect to get your deposit back ever. I am currently in the process of looking for other people who have lived here and have not recieved thier deposits back so we can handle this in court. I think it is very shady of the complex.

Also the security guard as the time I lived there harrassed everyone- if you came in the parking lot after 9pm you would get stopped and grilled about if you lived there. The surrounding area is very dangerous. I visited the gas station across the street one day and there was young men waving around guns and pointing them at people. Not something I want to be around.

Do not move here- its cheap thats why I did it- and I regret it. Remember you get what you pay for so if you want to live where managment is shady and unprofessional, your ac doesn't work half the time, you get harrassed, and guns are pulled on you then move here, If not spend the little extra and move somewhere else. I promise no one will enjoy living here.

I have to take them to court as well too, to have my depoist returned. Since you have to go through all that for a return of YOUR MONEY, you can sue them for the maximum ammount allowed in small claims court. I believe it's 5,000 thousands dollars. If more people did sue them I think they would stop trying to cheat people. They will get what is coming to them, KARMA forgets no one.
