These townhomes are terrible. I wouldn't recomend this place to my worst enemy. I have had my living room flood several times, and not just rain....raw sewage too. There is mold growing from the inside of the walls to the outside. I have children, and I will do anything to get the money to move out of here. The owner must be cheap....he won't fix nothing, and trust me, there is plenty that could be fixed. I think I have lived at a hotel and family's house more than I have been here. I don't care if I'm only paying $550 a month.....NOBODY should have to live like this, not even for $50 a month
