I lived here for a number of years and it was an uphill battle all the way to get management to repair things including the flooding issues that every apartment seem to have. The raw sewage would back up and when it rained out side it would rain inside, and they would just wet vac the carpet. Despite my complaints they would not replace the carpet until I took pictures and wrote up legal documents and sent them certified mail to them. There was black mold in the vents that they would not clean or treated. Dont move here, its the worse place ever...The owner is a slum lord!!!
