Not only was someone murdered there, and not only is it 99% black, but someone came in my apartment one night as I sat on back patio. I saw his shadow when he stepped into the doorway, stood for a moment, then moved out of the doorway. I ran. I have never been able to figure out who it was or how he got in and I moved out immediately. I think I got damn lucky that night. Also the noise and thumping rap music is TERRIBLE!!!! The walls are the most incredibly paper thin walls I have EVER seen. You can hear every conversation, every phone ring, even the guy next door peeing. DON'T LIVE THERE IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN. ESP IF YOU ARE WHITE.

It isn't that way at all. Pretty even mix. Hard to trash a community with 109 units. This person needs to get real

racist -----, maybe the apts. would have been completely safe had it not been for the 1% white. maybe you were drunk on the patio (or high on meth) and there never was anybody in your apt. that wold explain why you cant figure out how he got in. i lived there for 2 years and the only problems i had was with the racist bum across the street, and the lesbians downstairs who didnt seem to understand that we LIVE in the apt., not just sleep. its funny that you are the only person who had a bad time living there.

Um, hmm...just a little baffled by this review. I have lived here about a month and have had no problems with the other residents in this complex. I am a single female, and no men have harassed me of any ethinicity. I have seen people of all ethinic groups living here. I have seen college students, military members and families in this complex. Maybe back in 2004 it was like this, but now, I don't see what you're complaining about. When I have lived here longer, I will have to write an HONEST review of the place so that people that are looking can get a ideal of what this place is really like and not read reviews like this that make no sense.

I have lived here going on my 5th year. I am a college student and female. The staff is on top of things. I've had issues in the past, and they have fixed them within the day or next day. The complex feels safe (the people), but the neighboring complex is scary! I've been followed by two men from across the street while walking my dog. They jumped the brick wall and followed me. I ran to my apt and locked the door! The complex is good...it's the apt next to it what you have to beware of. There is a gate, which is always closed, and there is security who patrols I think once a night...randomly. I recommend it-just beware of your surroundings.
