I live in Persimmon Square's townhouse and absolutely love it. You would not believe how quiet the community is, it's almost scary. Granted, the surrounding area is not that nice but I think Persimmon Square has the best maintenance department and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. You're not going to find another apartment on the North side of OKC as nice and quiet.
