You can hardly tell that Case owns the property!

I have lived in Persimmon Square for a year now, and I have had very little problems. It is very quiet here, especially in the back, and the maintenance is great. We had a few issues moving in, but that was mainly due to bad timing and a change in managers. Since we have moved in though, we have had very few problems, all of which they have fixed quickly and readily.
The price is great for what you get. I live in the townhouse, and there is a ton of room, a huge kitchen, a fireplace, and a full size washer/dryer. Plus 2 1/2 bathrooms to choose from, so I never lack for a place to pee. :)
There is also a security gate, which is always closed... the one time I have seen it broken, it was fixed by that afternoon. I hate living in communities that boast "gated access" only to discover that their gates are either open 24/7 or they are broken half of the time.
I almost didn't move in here because Case and Associates has such a bad reputation, but it's such a small community that you can hardly tell they are owned by those fiends from Hell. I try not to think about it most of the time.
