Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have lived in this complex for almost 2 years. I've only had 1 bad experience and it was made right by the office manager. My apt was flooded and it did not dry for quite a while. When it dried it had a mildew odor. The manager suggested that I move into a larger apartment and gave me a GREAT DEAL! I was kind of upset that she charged me a transfer fee but I'll let her slide on that one.
