I searched and searched, probably checked out 15 different properties...and Persimmon Square is definitely the best deal around. It is very clean, and I always felt safe. The entrance is actually "gated" - not just a gate that they leave open most of the time. They allow you to paint...and I loved the free covered parking, it was just steps from your front door too. I've lived in several different places and I've never experienced a managment team so great! Any maintenance issue was very quickly resolved, and they were always very polite and helpful. They even stay open until 6, so for those of us with jobs til 5 - I always liked being able to reach them or pick up parcels and such. They were always painting and landscaping, just overall keeping the place looking nice. In addition, the location is great - very close to quail springs, groceries, entertainment, etc. Definitely your best value in OKC!
