So far, im in love! Ive looked all over, since im on a budget and needed to find an apartment that was close to UCO and nice. I could not have picked a better apartment complex. I love the staff so far, and love my apartment. I have a washer and dryer in my one bedroom. 2 ceiling fans, with lights! (dont find that in alot of apartments, you usually have to go and get floor lamps to get light in your apartment) also, its very quiet. Since there is not alot of complexes, its very quiet, and relaxing. No noise, and very nice people. The only thing that i dont care for is parking. There is not alot at all, and I had to park in someones covered parking. (but i have yet seen anyone park there, so that is why i chose that one). You get assigned parking (which is another plus!) but when you have company, theres never any spots. Also, the gate is ALWAYS shut! i feel very safe in my apartment. I ahve a 550square foot for 480 a month! couldnt find a better deal for what amenities that i have. Very pet friendly also. Couldnt have asked for a better place for the time that im finishing school. Also, Mario, that maintance guy is amazing. Hes already been out twice for some minor things ( light wouldnt work in bathroom, and dishwasher) ive only lived here for a short short time, but hes fast and quick to getting things done. Also, Chrissy up front, wonderful gal!
