I've lived here from 4/2008 to 5/2009 and I can honestly say that I have loved every minute of it! Overall, I have had a wonderful experience here.
Pros
1)Excellent staff and maintenance. The few problems that I have reported have been taken care of that same day or the next day. I've also had no problems with the office receiving packages on my behalf while I'm at work.
2)Small, quiet community
3)Quiet apartments. I live downstairs and I rarely hear my neighbor upstairs. Occasionally I will hear him walking but it's not very loud at all. I never have heard any of my neighbors beside me.
4)Covered parking! Plus, there are lights underneath the parking so it's always easy to see at night.
5)Gated community
6)Excellent location. Very close to Memorial and both highways
7)It appears that the apartments were built and insulated very well. I have had very low electric bills while living here and it's been very temperate throughout the year.
Cons
1)The only real con is that the apartments next door have some rather loud tenants that like to blare their music loud at all hours of the day or night. It's probably only a real problem if you're on the west side of the complex and it's more of a minor annoyance than anything else.
2)Parking can kind of be a problem if you have multiple guests to your apartment, but it's never been a huge issue while I've been here.
3)The hot water is gas, which isn't a big deal, other than it was an extra $30-$40 per month that I wasn't expecting, which is mostly due to ONG's fees.
Like I said earlier, this has been one of the best apartment living experiences that I have ever had. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone moving to this area.
