Pheasant Run is a really, really nice place, but they are extremely mean to people of color because when the management was really mean to me and a black man who wanted to check out the apartment and he just left and said nevermind. When I called about the pricing on the phone they told me that they had a 2 bedroom 1 bath available for 510. But a couple of days later when I went up there and put my price range on the application as 450 to 530 they told me all they had was a 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse for 569. RACISTS!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Hard to believe, Henrie. One of the staff members is "of color". When I dropped off my rent payment the other day, a couple "of color" were filling out an application. My next door neighbor in my building is "of color." while I have not met a lot of folks here because of my work hours, I have seen plenty of folks "of color" around the complex. As far as the price change, it is self-evident: what is available in an apartment complex changes daily (hourly, even!).

I am a non-white person living at this apartment complex, and I agree with everything pickyrenter69 just said, although I don't agree about the rent changes, I haven't seen changes like that recently, I could be wrong though. But no problems with racism here!

maybe they have been around long enought to realize the younger black generation destroys the safty of ever apartment complex they move into read some of the reviews of other apartments it isnt that apartments are racist is that some people are trash and dont want to treat other with any respect, they blast music yell party their ass off, intimidate women, sell drugs vandalize everything, make fun of the fact the white guys cant do anything to them and just turn a safe place into a dump

I think that skwcw2001 shouldn't watch so many "ganster" movies. What you are doing is sterotyping. It does seem that Henrie was looking for racism, but we don't know because none of us were there. So skwcw2001 should keep racist comments to himself.

Henrie is right - that's against the law - you others that didn't see the racism in that are too ignorant for words. did anyone see in the other review where it said they sent out a letter saying not to cook "exotic" or "aromatic" food??? seriously...
