"Maintenance" is at the top of my criteria for rental units. Unlike so many other properties I visited in the area 3 months ago, here I did NOT see boards & bricks crumbling from the buildings, trash on the grounds, paint peeling from the exteriors, nor the most telling indicator, dirty air conditioner units. The cleanliness of A/C units speaks a lot to the quality of facility maintenance and attitude of management towards tenants. A/C units are time consuming to maintain but have a big impact on electric bills. Also, the carpeted interior hallways of the individual buildings were also clean. This place was, and is, immaculate! All maintenance requests have been promptly addressed. Very happy after 1 month of residency!

I had a problem with maintenance requests, my wall was crumbling and it took me calling multiple times for them to finally come in to fix it, at that point they slapped on a little plaster and that was that. I'm sure there was mold growing along the baseboards. The sliding door was drafty, crickets would climb in all the time even when it was shut, I put in a maintenance request for that too and they just came and looked at it and did nothing, could have put in a bit of sealant or something at least but.. guess not. If you can afford something built a little more recently, go for it!
