I agree, my apartment there leaked, there was water sitting in the celling that caused the celling to dip, and water would come out of my celling after days with no rain. When i complained she told me it would eventually go away.

Yeah I didn't like her either but I rarely had to deal with her so it didn't make it too bad to live there. However, the apartments are starting to show their age... my bedroom walls/ceiling were starting to fall apart in the corner.. luckily I only had to be there for a few more months.. they just covered it with plaster. I'm sure there was mold starting to form around the baseboards though..
