Pheasant Run is not what it seems to be. Management are racists and homophobes, they are really nice and sweet at first, but once you sign the lease EVERYTHING change. I placed about five work orders and all of them were ignored until I went in and demanded everything to be fixed. The "security" are nosy and creepy, I was watching a friend's younger sibling and was in the shower the windows were open and the "security" guy had the nerve to squeeze to try to talk to him through the window. That just makes me wonder if he is a peeping tom......The assistant manager (Donna) is the rudiest, snottiest person ever. She discriminates against almost everyone, and will treat you like you are below her. All she likes to do is sit on her BIG ASS and do nothing (that's what I see every time I go into the office). I would have moved out earlier but they refuse to let me go. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
P.S. they have bad plumbing and lots of bugs, and they refuse to spray for them.

In thier defense, they've been working minus 1 maintenance man for a little while....the girls in the office are having to do allot of the work. That is kinda wierd about the guard, I would bring it up to management. Sounds like you live on the bottom floor, close your drapes. And remember there's always 2 stories to every situation. I have to agree w/ you on the Donna issue...she does have her days. But for the most part, I love living there and couldn't ask for sweeter management...Betty's the BEST!

There is SO MUCH TRUTH to the original "Run Away". I have pictures of the half dead bugs I took just this morning in the laundry room!!! Tons of them!!!! It's incredible that they would think that they could hold anyone to their lease. This is deplorable, unsanitary and just flat gross!!!
