DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! GO SOME PLACE or ANY OTHER PLACE!!! The management people are so rude and judgemental. All they see of tenants are that they are dollar sign. Maintenance is ridiculous, they "never" received it. They cater to older, white folks, so if you are youthful and not white you will be treated like you were worthless and you didn't matter. IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE AND OLD DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
Another thing is the apartment are not that great. They carpet was poorly put in, the sink was cheaply painted over (it peels), there is horrible bug problems (LOTS OF COCKROACHES), there is no happy medium with temp. (WAY TOOOOO HOT OR COLD), creepy gate person during the weeknights, the managements are hypocrites, pool always have duck fecal matter in it, can't laugh in your own apartment, laundry is always tampered with (apparently there is a criminal that steals), appearance of the place is very deceiving (not safe), and there is soo much more to be said. If you are considering this place think looong and hard and check the place out carefully before signing the lease. Once it has been sign you are screwed!!!!!!!
P.S. I heard my neighbor having very loud intercourse in the breezeway.
