Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
my apratment has never been right and I can't get anyone to fix it. I have no air in either bedroom and when I take a shower I get burned whenever my downstairs neighbors turn their cold water on. I run my air, 3 ceiling fans and 4 floor fans trying to keep my apartment cool.
