I lived at Pickwick from 2000 to 2003, I overpayed my rent for 2 years (by $5 every month) and didn't even know it till one day I had to go in a talk to the management about being 3 days late on my rent because I just had gotten out of the hospital and they said that they would work with me and not charge the late fee(and they did anyways!)even though I had all of my hospital paperwork from my accident and even after they told me that they would not charge me any late fees they did!Plus I never got my money back from when I overpayed for the 2 years and when I brought it up to the managment that said that it was my fault and that I should have known what my rent was! One of there maintenance men was also a peeping tom, I had always felt like I was being watched and I finally one night caught him and thats when I decided to move I was also having problems with the air unit, it would leak and no one would ever fix it, it evan started to produce black mold, and I have severe asthma so I had no other choice but to relocate. Personally I would never move back there but that has just been my experience. I have lived in much better apartment complexes and hope that since 2003 Pickwick has done some major work to there complex and staff.

You are so funny. I remember that. I heard it was maintenance people on an emergency. Well atleast you toold someone before you left cause it is a funny story.
