At first it wasn't so bad we got to living here for a few months the parking lot is a joke no lights anywhere very dark. Shady characters walking the grounds witnessed drug deals had drug dealers living across from us coming in and out of that apt all hours of the night. We pay for a carport so our car is safe we get food thrown on the hood of our car we go to office and the staff does nothing about it. We just had a hubcap stolen from our car the maintence around here sucks you put it in a work order and they never come through. The apts are outdated the pool was filthy in the summertime i've lived here almost a year and saw a security guard walk the grounds once. There's trash everywhere lack of concern from the office staff for any of the residents needs. I can't wait to move out of here I would never recommend anyone pickwick place to anyone very unhappy here.

I have lived here for a year and a half, and I would do anything to get out of my lease. I had my car broken into, and all the office cared about was if I made a police report for their protection. Neighbors scream and fight, office does nothing, drugs all over, dog feces everywhere,and heaven forbid be one day late on the rent, they will evict you!
