When I moved in last year there were missing light bulbs, dish washer was messed up, and the light in the kitchen didn't even work. It took maintenance over a month to get these things fixed. Parking is bad, depending on the location of your apartment and time of day. Walls are thin, you can hear just about everything especially people walking up/down the stairs. Now that my lease is up, I am glad that I am moving out. The only good thing is the cheap rent. But with cheap rent you get lower quality of service from management, lower quality of neighbors, etc. So it all just depends.
