Wouldn't Rent Again

We will be moving away from here when our lease is up. Parking is awful. It is bad enough that I would not recommend renting here if you had more than one car, or a car bigger than a shoe box. Our car was hit multiple times, and the narrow lot and parking slots don't help. Management is rude. Like they've got a million things better to do than take your call, let alone fix your problem. Matienence was usually on time, friendly, though I don't like the fact they can come in if you don't answer right away. (though you were always given notice before they came). Walls are super thin. I could hear my neighbor's conversations if I was in the bathroom. They don't enforce the "pick up your dog's poo" rule, so what little grass there is, is covered in dog poop. I wouldn't suggest Pinehurst for single women. No incidents that I'm aware of, but I wouldn't feel safe personally. One of the pools is nasty. If it's not filled with drunk people hollering as you walk by, it just looks skeevy. Also, the onsite laundry is terrible. For the longest time it was anyone's guess if the washers would drain when you used them, or if you'd be forced to ring out your clothes by hand. Last time I went, half the dryers were broken and taped off. This is just after they raised the price to wash and dry. Our neighbor'sliding glass door was shattered. Also, they have yet to replace a screen on his window, that wasn't there when he moved in. It wasn't a priority, and wouldn't be until enough tenants needed them. Oh, and the A/C is terrible as well. It doesn't ever shut off, and that is to keep it at 79. Not efficient to say the least. All in all 2 thumbs down.
