All the previous reviews are a bunch of whiners. I have lived here for almost 2 yrs now. I have had only a couple of maintenance problems since I moved in, and they were fixed the same day I called. As far as a lot of traffic coming in and out of the property, HELLO!, it's a large property, they have almost 600 apartments. What do you expect?? As far as noise level in the apartments, the apartments are older, so what do you expect, the walls are going to be thinner! Now I do have to admit there is a problem w/ people not picking up after their dogs, b/c one of my neighbors is someone that doesn't do it either. But overall, I have had and am still having a great experience living at Pinehurst. You people need to just take into consideration why things happen, and quit crying! The office staff is great too, I'm sure if you had any bad experience w/ them it's probably cuz you went in there with an attitude in the first place, so Chill OUT!

So you're okay with living with the smell of crap every morning and walking through it on the side walks? I just wish owners would MOST of the time pick up poop. haha.
